Tent Rentals for Company Events
A 20×40 high peak tent covers 800 square feet, seats about 66 guests at round tables and holds up to 133 standing. It starts at $950, and our crew can connect tents when the headcount is larger.
Smaller tents also work for check-in, catering or a branded booth: a 20×20 starts at $500. Every tent includes setup and takedown, so your team never touches the frame.
