Tent Rentals for Outdoor Services
A 20×40 high peak tent holds up to 133 people standing or about 66 seated at round tables, and starts at $950. Rows of chairs facing a front table fit more people than round-table seating.
A 20×20 at $500 covers a worship team, a welcome area or a food line. Panorama sidewalls from $50 block wind on the side facing the street or the afternoon sun.

Chair and Table Rentals for Church Gatherings
White folding chairs rent for $3 each, which keeps the cost of seating a full congregation low. Slatted resin chairs at $5 are a step up for church weddings and memorial services.
6ft banquet tables at $12 and 8ft tables at $15 handle potluck lines, registration and ministry booths. Table and chair setup is available as a paid add-on.

Concession Machines for Church Picnics
Popcorn, cotton candy and snow cone machines rent for $100 each and include supplies for 50 servings. Order extra servings in batches of 50 for a large congregation.
Machines are easy for volunteers to run, and each needs one 110V outlet. Place them near the fellowship hall or add a 100ft cord.

Carnival Game Rentals for Youth and Family Events
Fish bowl toss and milk bottle bash rent for $110 each, and carnival ring toss rents for $125. Prizes are not included, so plan a prize table.
Carnival games work for VBS wrap-up days, youth nights and church festivals, and give teen volunteers a clear job at each booth.
