What Information Do I Need to Know About My Generator Rental?
- Power Output: 5,000 starting watts / 3,900 running watts on gasoline; slightly less on propane (4,500 starting / 3,500 running).
- Runtime: Up to 18 Hours but time varies depending on if it's a high, medium, or low load.
- Generators ALWAYS have to be outdoors, absolutely no enclosed places, tents, or canopies, and have to be at least 20FT away from everything.
- Permits: Most parks and public spaces in San Diego and all nearby areas will ask for a permit when it comes to generator rentals. We are Insured and Park Approved, if you have any questions when trying to take out your permit, please let us know.

It's as easy as 1,2,3! A team member from Tents and Things will also show you how to turn on and turn off your generator.
1. Turn the main nozzle to "Gasoline", the nozzle will be turned to "Off" at the beginning
2. Push the power button once, wait 3-5 seconds, hit the power button a SECOND time.
