What size tent do I need for 50 guests?

For 50 guests seated at 60-inch round tables, a 20x30 high peak tent (600 sq ft) fits about 50 guests and starts at $750. For 50 guests standing, a 20x20 (up to 66 standing) is enough.

What size tent do I need for 100 guests?

For 100 guests seated at round tables, plan two connected tents, such as a 20x40 and a 20x20 (about 66 + 33 seated). For 100 guests standing, a 20x30 holds up to 100.

Does the calculator include room for a buffet or dance floor?

Yes. Add a buffet (about 100 sq ft), a 15x15 dance floor (about 225 sq ft), a bar (about 50 sq ft) or a DJ area and the calculator adds that space before recommending a tent.
