Canopy Rentals for Pool Decks and Common Areas
Canopies start at $70 for a 10×10 and run up to $280 for a 10×40. A row of 10×10 canopies along a pool deck gives residents shade without blocking the water.
On concrete and pavers we anchor with concrete blocks instead of stakes, so nothing is drilled or staked into the hardscape. Tell us the surface when you book.

60-inch round tables seat 8 and rent for $15, which suits a resident dinner or a holiday social. The 60-inch round table and chairs package rents for $40.
For meetings or a potluck line, 8ft banquet tables rent for $15 and white folding chairs for $3. Table and chair setup is a paid add-on.

Giant Jenga and ring toss start at $40, giant Connect 4 is $50 and cornhole is $65. The $155 lawn game party package covers several games at once.

Snow Cone and Popcorn Machines for Resident Events
Snow cone, popcorn and cotton candy machines rent for $100 each with supplies for 50 servings. Extra servings come in batches of 50 for larger communities.
Each machine needs one 110V outlet, so place it near the clubhouse or pool house. A 100ft extension cord rents for $20.
