We rent high peak tents from $500, slatted resin chairs at $5, 60-inch round tables at $15, floor-length linens at $25 and string lights from $30, and every rental includes up to 24 hours of use.

Wedding Tent Rentals
A 20×20 high peak tent seats about 33 guests at round tables and starts at $500, a 20×30 seats about 50 for $750, and a 20×40 seats about 66 for $950. For larger receptions, our crew can connect tents into one covered space.
Panorama sidewalls start at $50 and come with clear windows or cathedral windows, so guests stay out of the wind and the evening chill without losing the view. Check that your lawn or patio has room for the tent footprint plus a few feet on each side for stakes.

Ceremony Chair and Reception Table Rentals
Slatted resin chairs at $5 are the chair most couples choose for the ceremony aisle, and the same chairs can move to the reception tables. A 60-inch round table seats 8 guests and rents for $15.
Plan one round table for every 8 guests, plus 6ft or 8ft banquet tables for the buffet, gifts and the cake. Our crew can set up the tables and chairs for you as a paid add-on, which frees your family for the décor.

Wedding Linen Rentals
Floor-length tablecloths for 60-inch rounds, 6ft and 8ft tables rent for $25 each, and spandex covers for cocktail tables rent for $20. Floor-length linens hide table legs and storage bins, which makes photos look cleaner.
Wedding dates book linens early, so reserve them at least two weeks ahead. Count every table that guests will see, including the sweetheart table, the gift table and the dessert table.

Wedding Lighting and Power Rentals
String lights start at $30 for a 25ft strand, and 30ft globe light strands with 8 bulbs rent for $40. Hung across a tent or over the dance area, they give the reception warm light once the sun goes down.
If your site has no outlet close by, our $100 generator supplies 3,900 running watts on gasoline and runs up to 18 hours depending on load. A 100ft extension cord rents for $20 when the nearest outlet is just out of reach.

Planning tips for a tented wedding
Measure the setup area first
A 20x20 tent needs about a 25x25 ft clear space, a 20x30 needs about 30x40 ft and a 20x40 needs about 30x45 ft. Measure before you pick a size.
Plan the ceremony-to-reception flip
If the ceremony and the reception share one space, the resin chairs can move from the aisle rows to the tables. Allow time for it in the schedule.
Book linens two weeks out
Floor-length linens are popular on wedding weekends. Reserve them at least two weeks before the date.
Map your power
String lights, DJ equipment and catering warmers all need power. Count your outlets and add the generator or a 100ft cord if needed.
